Our little Santa

At our Holiday Party, we dressed up as Santa--a 3 of us. Henry ofcourse was the cutest. Maryn was there too, dressed as a lady Santa. She was equally adorable. And quite a little wiggle worm. Henry was dazed by the whole experience, and Maryn couldn't sit still.

I believe there is a magnet in their brain that immediately draws them to any TV when it is on. And now my son Henry has this said magnet! This past weekend was Karl's 30th birthday. In honor of such a great occassion, his parents, brother, and mother-in-law flew into town to surprise him. A great party was had by all. I thought i'd share a picture from Saturday morning. Karl, Adam, Henry, and Poppa--all watching youtube videos. Sucked in. I don't even think they knew I took this picture.

7 Months Later!

It's been WAY too long since our last post. Seven months to be exact. Morgan has repeatedly reminded me of the virtures of updating our blog. So now i'm finally taking her advice. Here are some pics to remind you of where I've been.

People have blogs for their babies..I have a blog for my pigs..or at least a blog entry...

Speaking of babies...Here's a pic of my cousin Jayme and I. We met up in Cape Cod a few weeks ago! She's actually due today...we're waiting patiently for Geraldine to make her way into this world. Ok, the baby's name isn't going to be Geraldine, but Karl and I think it would be a fun name. This coming from the couple who own two guinea pigs named Camilla & Rattie.

Last week we had an amazing storm...lots of lightning. I got a few shots from our living room window and thankfully wasn't struck!

Anniversary and New Camera

Karl and I had a teriffic 1-Year Anniversary weekend. Here is the picture to prove it...



As you can see Karl gave me a new camera for our anniversary. It's a new Nikon Digital. So I took some pictures at home, and then headed out to Millenium Park. The weather was absolutely beautiful. I still haven't figured out f-stops and aperatures, but here are a few pictures that I took. I am going to have fun with this little camera.
